SHORT BIO

Helen Thomas is a poet, author and academic. She was born in London to Sierra Leoneon and Irish parents. After her degree in English Literature and American Studies, Helen received a DPhil in Literature from Oxford University. She has written poetic plays, published poems and academic works on Black British Literature.
